Availability & Booking
Packages are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed only upon full payment. Availability is limited and no spots will be
held without payment.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your package.

Package Inclusions & Pricing
The package price remains fixed, regardless of whether all included items or services are fully utilized.

Travel Arrangements
Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights, local transportation.

Itinerary Flexibility
The advertised itinerary is subject to change due to weather, traffic, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure
The organiser is not liable for delays or failure caused by natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics,
or other disruptions beyond its control.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Packages and entries are non-transferable without written approval.
• Cancellations before May 1, 2026: 25% cancellation fee.
• On or after May 2, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organiser is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

Media Consent
By participating, individuals grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.

Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge that activities may involve inherent risks and agree to release the organiser from liability for injury, loss, or
damages.

Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organiser from any claims, costs, or damages arising from their participation.

Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the organiser reserves the right to make final decisions, which participants agree to accept.

Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a package, participants automatically agree to all terms and conditions listed. No additional signatures are required.

Age and Experience Level Categories
Participants will compete in the following age categories:
A1: 0–18, A2: 19–35, B1: 36–45, B2: 46–55, C: 56–65, D: 66–71, E: 72+.
Competitors may dance in their own age category, up to two categories younger, and one category older. Experience level may be dancedup to two levels higher.

Scholarship and Championship Qualifications
Each student must register for five single dances (or four for American Smooth) to qualify for Scholarship and Legends Championships.

Missing Dance Heat
The organiser is not obligated to pause the competition for missing couples. No refunds for missed heats.

Awards
• Single Dance participants receive certificates.
• Multi-Dance participants receive diplomas and medals.
• Scholarship and Championship finalists receive diplomas, with top three awarded medals and trophies.

Exclusions
Food and beverages ordered outside of the official program are not included in the package price.

Package Requirement
Each competitor and teacher must purchase one of our official packages to participate in the event.
